Everything You Need to Know Before Your Stay
Welcome to Pellingford Brook CL. Our aim is to provide a peaceful, friendly and relaxing countryside retreat for all our guests. Please read the following terms and conditions before making your booking.
Booking Your Stay
Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received your booking confirmation email.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 12:00 pm
- Check-out: By 11:00 am
If you expect to arrive later than planned, please let us know where possible.
Maximum Stay
The maximum stay is 10 consecutive nights.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable unless we are able to re let the pitch. Date changes may be possible subject to availability.
During Your Stay
Pellingford Brook CL is an adults-friendly, peaceful countryside campsite. We kindly ask all guests to respect fellow visitors and help us maintain the quiet atmosphere that makes our site special.
Please:
- Keep noise to a minimum.
- Respect neighbouring pitches.
- Drive slowly around the site.
- Leave your pitch clean and tidy when departing.
Quiet Hours
10:00 pm – 7:00 am
Please avoid loud music, generators and excessive noise during these hours.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are very welcome.
To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, please ensure that:
- Dogs are kept under control at all times.
- Dog waste is picked up immediately.
- Dogs do not disturb other guests or local wildlife.
Fire Pits & Firewood
Enjoy relaxing evenings under the stars with one of our fire pits.
Fire pits are available to hire, and seasoned firewood is available to purchase on site.If you would like to hire a fire pit or purchase firewood, please add your request in the Special Requests section when making your booking.
For everyone’s safety:
- Never leave a fire unattended.
- Fully extinguish fires before retiring for the evening.
- Disposable BBQs must not be placed directly on the grass.
Waste & Recycling
Please help us keep the site clean by:
- Using the bins provided.
- Recycling wherever possible.
- Leaving facilities clean after use.
Chemical toilet waste must only be emptied into the designated disposal point.
Vehicles
Maximum speed on site is 5 mph. One motorhome per booked pitch. Additional vehicles are only permitted with prior agreement.
Liability
Guests stay at Pellingford Brook CL at their own risk.
Whilst every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, we cannot accept responsibility for:
- Using the bins provided.
- Recycling wherever possible.
- Leaving facilities clean after use.
Right to Refuse a Booking or End a Stay
We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask guests to leave without refund if their behaviour is:
In breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Aggressive or abusive.
- Dangerous or illegal.
- Excessively noisy.
- Damaging to the campsite or its facilities.
